Our Pack & Ship Promise:
You don't have to worry about shipping at Parcels Express. If an item packed by our associates and shipped via any shipper is lost or damaged in transit, you'll be reimbursed for the item's value (subject to the lesser of actual value, repair or replacement cost), the full retail price of packaging materials and services and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges). Restrictions apply.
SHIPPING LUGGAGE:
Consider using Parcels Express to ship your luggage ahead of time when traveling. By using UPS or FedEx you are not bound by strict size and weight limitations, you do not inccur excess baggage fees, your luggage has a tracking number and you can insure your contents for their full replacement value. You also eliminate standing in long lines for check in and baggage claim. Let us take those worries of your mind so you can enjoy your trip.
FILING INCOME TAX:
Parcels Express is an authorized shipping carrier for sending your income tax documents. We have a full lising of IRS locations with a street address. This will also provide you with tracking numbers to know where your forms are at any time plus we can provide you with guaranteed delivery dates.
DROP OFF/PREPAID SHIPPING:
Parcels Express is authorized to accept prepaid shipments and returns for any and all customers. Simply come into our stores with your package and label and hand it to one of our associates. We will make sure it is shipped the same day!
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Too many packages or too large to fit in your car? We can arrange a pick up service for you.
Downsizing your home and sending family items to other family members? We can help you get family heirlooms to your family members.
